Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (Washington, D.C.)

Velox Consulting developed an enterprise data warehouse strategy and roadmap for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association’s Federal Employee Program (FEP). The strategy and roadmap provided insight into the best practices for developing data, technology and organizational structures required to support this critical program.

Mortgage Company (Franklin, Tennessee)

Our consultants developed a Business Information Technology Strategy for a large mortgage company that is currently being used as a guide for replacing this company’s major processing technologies. It is also used to re-structure this company’s IT governance, processes and procedures

Acxiom (Little Rock, Arkansas)

As a key member of Acxiom’s senior Program Management team, Velox Consulting was responsible for the implementation of an Enterprise Program Management system. This implementation included the full systems life cycle (requirements definition through installation), and training and mentoring of over 2,000 Acxiom Associates. As part of this implementation, a new project management methodology was created for Acxiom’s management community

Solvay Pharmaceuticals (Marietta, Georgia)

Velox Consulting developed a PMO implementation strategy that enabled the alignment of the company’s business objectives with their strategic initiatives. During this project best Project Management practices were used to create program management tools, processes and methods to help this company implement the PMO strategy.

Apria Health Care (Lake Forest, California)

Working with Apria’s Program Management Office, Velox Consulting created a project selection and prioritization strategy. This strategy was used to prioritize Apria’s existing project inventory, and select projects for implementation that were aligned with Apria’s strategic initiatives

Health Care Provider (Nashville, Tennessee)

Developed a Business Intelligence strategy to help a large health care company gain the maximum value from their current and future business intelligence and reporting investments. An implementation roadmap was created that included initiatives to support the client reporting, analytics and organizational components of the Business Intelligence strategy.
